New Studio makes big impact

Second studio opens at euphoria, after several months of planing and many weeks work our new spin studio is up and running, allowing for the addition of extra spin classes as and when needed, our purpose built studio is spacious compared to others around and designed to keep in with the colour theme of euphoria, black, white and red, the layour of the bikes gives those in the class an idea of road cycling, where teams are out in packs, falling in behind on another as they hit the roads.

New Zumba Tone to be added to our exciting new timetable.

To follow along with our very popular fitness dance class Zumba, in the new year we are to add Zumba Tone, a combination of the latino dance craze sweeping the globe and the toning aspect of resistance work, class is to take place right after our Zumba class on Wednesday night, keep an eye on the time table for more.

Up and at it Bright 'n' Early

euphoria fitness opens it's door at 6am, Monday - Friday, the early bird cert does catch the worm, or in this case the early workout, get your workout done well before the rest of the town are out of their scratcher. we also have early morning classes to set you right up for the day ahead, Spin Tuesday & Friday the Pump & Kettles Wednesday and Thursday. Catch all the going's on at euphoria on line, through facebook, u-tube, and bebo. Keep up to date with all the latest news, changes and more with our daily update social network. Update your daily status and blogs from your class or workout, spread the word to your friends and family, interact with the trainers and keep the motivation going through these social networks.

euphoria member makes London 2012 Olympic team

Come this summer it's going to be a shock to see one of our members Ryan Seaton at the opening ceremony but not in the crowds but there competing, we may be used to Ryan being in the gym pumping ron or in the studio spinning but come June/July Ryan will be over in London competing in this years London Olympics, dam awesome big lad....Big congrates to Ryan Seaton in making the London 2012 Olympic team, all the hard work and dedication was paid off, all at euphoria can't wait to see you in London, bringing back some gold!
