Olympic standard equipment has been in Carrick for years, we have been using the most advanced fitness equipment for years, our extensive cardio area offers a wide choice of machines from treadmills, bikes, the new waves and all the others.

Euphoria has a fantastic selection of resistance machines, combined with our fully kitted out free weights area and cable area giving you the best of choice in your training giving you even more variety when exercising. For the ladies Euphoria has a great area dedicated for you, so instead of doing your exercises in front of everyone you have an area away from it all.

progress is a great motivational tool and the best thing with our Technogym system is that it allows our staff to assess
your progress and make any changes to fine tune your workout.
