euphoria fitness club has a huge selection of classes running all day, from our early morning classes right up to our peak time class routine. All by fully qualified trainers. You will be spoilt for choice with euphoria and we can guarantee once you go you will be hooked. 4 Reasons why euphoria (well there's loads more but would run out of space). 1 - We have all the popular classes running 2 - Expert friendly instructors who have a passion to see you doing well 3 - Our classes are always made fun by staff who can motivate and inspire you and a great bunch off friendly members 4 - We are at your door with ample parking at our door, not half way down the road Our classes are a social thing, meet new friends and get a good workout along the way, with euphoria life is a little more laid back making your training with us more enjoyable and less of a chore! Our enjoyment comes across making your class more enjoyable, making you want to return for more. Have a read over the description of our classes below but our best advice is call in and speak to our team, all our fitness team have a true passion for fitness, we can guide you to the best class for you. Whether you are after a good cardio session, tone up, tighten your mid rift or stretch them tight muscles we have just what you need. All our classes are suitable for everyone, simply say to the instructor when you arrive and they will talk you through the basics and all you will need to know to get going. Please remember to arrive early for our classes as we run by first come basis. |

| Abs | Posture & Tone | Work your abs like never before in this all over ab routine, work those love handles, lower abs and upper abs to gain them results you were always after and help to strengthen your lower back along the way. much like pilates this class focuses on your abdominals working form the inside out. |

| Gym Circuits | Cardio & Tone | Go from station to station in our fitness suite, with our gym circuit designed by Carricks finest trainers. |
| Legs, Bum & Tums | Cardio & Tone | Work those troublesome areas, trim your thighs, tone your butt a great cardio workout with the added bonus of working them troubled areas. Combines traditional exercises found in Pilates but with the added toughness of high intensity reps exercise such as squats and lunges. |
| Pump | Cardio & Tone | The complete all over workout, performed to music, work from your head to your toes in this high paced workout. We use various weights along with the Swiss ball to focus on your core, whilst you tone every muscle on your body. Improve bone density, tone your entire body to perfect class no matter what your goals may be. |
| Pilates | Posture | Strength and relaxation for body and mind, improves posture and mobility. Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. . |

| Spin/Core | Cardio/Posture | A great half and half class, half hour spin followed with a great core routine, tighten your mid rift as after you have beasted your legs. |
| Spin/circuit | Cardio/Tone | Another great wee half and half class, half hour spin this time with a half hour circuits thrown in, ideal for those who like the 2classes but maybe don't have the time for the hour class. |
| Zumba | Dance/Cardio | south american latino dance meets fitness, great cardio workout and core routine, with alot of hips moves and dance moves, the latest fitness carze on the market is right here at euphoria. |
