  as you go for half the regular price so £2.50 each day you train, if you don't train you pay nout,

  perfect if you're away with work, kids off for summer or any other reason that prevents you from

  training but when you are in we are still here for you.

  You pay a one off set up fee for the year of just £75 , then pay just £2.50 each time you are in, Simple!
