   Along with one of the most advanced fitness suites in the country we also have

   luxurious changing facilities, allowing you to unwind after your workout, our

   spacious changing facilities are immaculately maintained to the highest standard,

  Relax and unwind in our fabulous sauna and steam room to get rid of the daily stresses, whether you have just

  Our in club MATIS Beauty Salon offers a wide range of treatments, ranging from the traditional waxing, massage,

  nail treatments to our MATIS facials and so much more. Our treatment room is open 7days a week, by  

  appointment, telephone reception to book in.

  Tanning room

  Our specially kited out tanning room offers you the best of both, Spray tan as well as stand up sun bed.

  Sun beds from just 55p a minute a great reason to get that tan all year round.

  The heart of our club, grab a seat unwind, meet with other members, refuel after your workouts in our members

  lounge, grab a freshly made tea/coffee, our coffee bar offers a wide range of hot and cold beverages as well as  

  some small delights to give an added boost after each session.
  Maximuscle products are also available to purchase ideal for taking your training to the next level & at low prices.

  Personal Training
  Our team of expert fitness consultants are available for one to one personal training, your personal trainer will  

  assess your fitness levels, and train along side you to ensure you are getting the most out of your routine and 

  ensure you get all our want from your exercise.

  Physiotherapy

  Available both Wednesdays and Thursdays we have our own fully qualified physiotherapist on call to ease any

 aches and pains, not only have we a physio if you are a member of euphoria you will receive members discounts on treatments. See reception to book in or for more details.

  Diet care

 Available Tuesdays we have our Diet care Clinic, the personalised diet program, rather than the group sessions that can be more off putting diet care offer a more personal approach. Telephone reception for further details.
