     salon, we have ample free parking.

     Tanning room

     Our specially kited out tanning room offers you the best of both, Spray tan as well as stand up sun bed, Sun beds from just 55p a minute a great reason to get that tan all

     year round.

     Coffee/juice bar

   The heart of our club, grab a seat unwind, meet with other members, refuel after your workouts in our members  

   lounge, grab a freshly made tea/coffee, our coffee bar offers a wide range of hot and cold beverages as well as

     Our team of expert fitness consultants are available for one to one personal training, your personal trainer will assess your fitness levels, and train along side you to ensure

     you are getting the most out of your routine and ensure you get all our want from your exercise.

     Physiotherapy

     Available both Wednesdays and Thursdays we have our own fully qualified physiotherapist on call to ease an aches and pains, not only have we a physio if you are a
